Made by the famous Samick who owned Steinway pianos. This piano dates from 2002. It has had little use and is in mint condition.
Reid-Sohn pianos are manufactured by the Samick Musical Instrument group, established in 1958. Their pianos are created by world-renowned German scale designer, Klaus Fenner, with the aim of producing a warm European sound.
Samick did acquire part ownership in Bechstein, the well known German manufacturer of pianos, in 2002 and in 2008, Samick acquired Seiler, another German manufacturer. More recently, they have acquired shares in Steinway and plan to increase their share in the company in the future.
